The Tarrant County Workforce Development Board (TCWDB) a.k.a. Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County, is seeking quotes from organizations to conduct a physical inventory of previously barcode tagged assets located in multiple facilities within Tarrant County, Texas. Details, including inventory locations, can be found in the RFQ document which is attached.

This process will include conducting a physical inventory of all tagged items, furniture and equipment, using an electronic barcode reader and identifying assets not tagged, then comparing to items found by location in the current database (Asset Tracker), and reporting any variances with the current database, such as items not found or found in another location.

Quotes are due at the Board offices no later than 3 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2008. Interested parties are required to submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of their quote by the stated deadline. The Tarrant County Workforce Development Board, known as Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County (Workforce Solutions), is the body responsible for planning and oversight of the workforce system for Tarrant County workforce development area.

The Board is requesting proposals from organizations to arrange for the delivery and payment of subsidized child care through the Child Care Management Services (CCMS) system for Tarrant County.

Response Deadline. All proposals must be received at the Board Offices no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 25, 2008. No proposals will be accepted after this time and no exceptions will be made. Please take every precaution to ensure that your proposal arrives in a timely manner.
