The Project W.I.S.H. Program (Workforce Innovative Solutions to Homelessness) is a collaborative partnership between Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County (WSTC), The City of Fort Worth, The City of Arlington, Tarrant County’s homeless providers, and a number of public & private sector businesses in Tarrant County designed to offer job preparation, placement, retention, and advancement activities to homeless individuals and families in Tarrant County.

The Goal is Project WISH is to provide quality employment services to the homeless population in a location that is easily accessible, at a level that meets individual needs, and in an atmosphere of acceptance and support maximizing each person's individual potential and likelihood of achieving self-sufficiency.

The program provides a 2-week rotating series of workshops each month serving 7 shelters in Tarrant County.
Workshops are provided at three levels to meet every job seeker's level of job readiness.
